... I LOVE it, is all!
I saw it for the first time on Saturday and for the second time today and am officially obsessed with it! Its quite clearly the new Romeo and Juliet and I simply can't get enough of Bella and Edward!
My friend is lending me the books soon so that I can read the second one before I watch New Moon.
I'm trying to persuade Derrick to watch New Moon with me. He enjoyed the first one but got a bit bored by the romance scenes - which I of course loved to bits - and preferred all the action and drama.
I now understand the hysteria surrounding the franchise. Those poor teenage girls being swept away in the romance that is Edward. Little do they realise that in real life he doesn't exist *sigh*

I like to read the books before I watch the movie because I like to know how the author wanted it to be portrayed first. Memoirs of a Geisha was a fantabulous book as was the film. I've just read The Lovely Bones and am looking forward to seeing the film.
I love Kathy Reichs books and am equally in love with the series Bones based on the novels.
However if they ever make a film of the book Catcher In The Rye I will never watch it... unless Jake Gyllenhal is in it that is because I aways see a bit of Holden Caulfield in Jake. The films Donnie Darko and The Good Girl only served to increase that belief.

aww i liked twilight too i wanna read the 2nd book, before i see the film, but my bf isnt finished readin it and we will prob see the movie before i read the book i made a video of twilight based on plumbs song "Hang on" which was originally intended for the new moon movie: "Listen for Hang On. Request it. Buy it. Do whatever your heart desires. And know that this is the song I thought would sound amazing in Twilight/New Moon but I don't think Alex Patsavas, the music supervisor for the film, ever heard. The scene where Bella jumps off the cliff and almost drowns. Yeah...it wouldh have been a stellar (and lucrative) moment for the song...but I'll just enjoy knowing I participated in something that could've been." blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=12209297&blogId=513460187SO HERE'S THE VIDEO I MADE WITH THE SONG please tell me what u think of it xx

Wow, that was great Jai! The music is so incredibly suited to Twilight I'm surprised they didn't use it. Something tells me that New Moon is going to be even bigger than the first one My friend Ross gave me the first and second books today, shouldn't take me too long to read apparently as they are page turners ;D

Instead of them dying right away..you get to see why they're impenetrable. lol atleast, thats the way my friend who has all them books always describes it lmao

I saw New Moon today and loved it! Bella winds me up sooooo much in the book and thankfully she wasn't as bad in the film *phew!* I hadn't finished reading the book so once Bella goes to see the Volturi I had no idea what was going to happen. My heart literally skipped a beat at the ending - I LOVED IT! I'm still Team Edward but I now have a soft spot for Jacob
