I am really considering therapy about my grandma, basketball, etc. Which therapy is the best for me? And what category would it fit under? For example children's therapy, young adult therapy, etc.

Try transitional. This time in your life is a stressful one with school, college, getting older, etc. Sometimes you need to talk to someone about handling issues during times of transition. It's a lot to deal with.

I used to go to therapy once a week from 2003-2006. There was a lot crap I was going through, and honestly, it helped me deal with it. It's nice to be able to go to a place and talk to someone and not be judged. Talking with friends is hard because, let's face it, they're going to be a bit biased about your issues. Talking to someone who is unbiased is great because they can tell you the truth and you know it's real. It's not because they think you need to hear it.
But yeah, it's a good thing. Don't be embarrassed by it. It's nice to vent.
