Pop DIVA Mariah Carey is back in the studio and the 41 year old mother of twins is preparing to amp up the recording efforts for her 14th studio album – and this time is asking for help from newcomers.
Known for using a staple set of writers and producers, the songstress is reaching out to up-and-coming producers and writers this go round.
Confirmation of such strategy comes in the form of a mail-out from an industry A&R agency acting on behalf of Carey’s record label stating:
"Mariah Carey is working on her new Studio album. Her Label is looking for songwriters and producers that have impeccable talent to collaborate with. Please submit mastered material only."
